Appointments must be canceled or changed no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time in order to avoid a No-Show or Late Cancelation charge (100% of appointment fee). Late arrivals are charged the same as on-time arrivals.
If your appointment needs to be changed for any reason, including if you run late, become ill, or have a serious emergency fewer than 48 hours before your appointment, please call 563-652-4880 to notify your therapist. Please DO leave a message when prompted if there is no immediate answer, and we'll respond as soon as we're able. If more than 48 hours prior to scheduled time, you may also notify us via email or text.
We're unable to accommodate walk-in appointments at this time. While we'll do our best to schedule clients as soon as possible, clients will find a greater selection of available appointment times if contacting our office or booking online for their preferred day, time, or therapist.
The following are non-negotiable requirements and will remain in place for the foreseeable future. If they do not align with your beliefs, please wait to schedule another time. Thank you for honoring the rights of our private establishment.
When you do your part to keep us healthy, you help a small business stay in operation.
DAY of VISIT
Our door remains locked between appointments, and will be unlocked no sooner than 5 minutes before your scheduled visit, at which time you may enter the office. This helps us control traffic into and through the office.
Your therapist may take your temperature and provide hand sanitizer or a sink with soap to wash your hands upon entry.
At this time only clients are permitted to attend their appointments, unless otherwise noted by the therapist.
All persons entering the facility are required to properly wear a face mask that adequately covers from over the nose to under the chin. Please supply your own face mask. Refusal to wear a mask properly or failure to provide one's own mask will result in a full appointment charge to the client.
Vaccination status as it pertains to the use of masks within the treatment room / during massage varies among staff. Please contact our office for further information. Proof of vaccination is not required for scheduling.
SYMPTOMS or EXPOSURE
Please postpone your appointment if, in the 14 days before your appointment, you or someone you're in close contact with:
- have been diagnosed or tested positive for Covid19
- are in quarantine / awaiting results of a Covid19 test
- experience symptoms resembling those of Covid19
If in the 14 days following your visit with us you test positive or experience symptoms resembling Covid,
please inform our office so that we may take appropriate measures to keep our staff and clients healthy.
Your information remains confidential at all times.
If you have recently traveled using mass transportation or have spent a significant amount of time in a crowded place, please consider allowing at minimum 1 week between your travels/event and your next appointment with us. This allows some time to pass when Covid symptoms or confirmed exposures typically occur (in case your appointment date needs to be adjusted).
We hold our staff to the same standards as our clients with the above policies.
