GIFT CERTIFICATES Available year-round for all occasions! You may buy them while at our office, or you may order them by phone. Ordering long-distance? We will mail certificates to you or to your recipient at NO EXTRA CHARGE! Avoid writing multiple checks or always having to carry cash: Purchase a gift certificate of any dollar amount and apply the remaining amount as credit each time you visit our office. This is another helpful alternative as at this time we do not offer post-appointment billing as a regular form of payment as full payment is due at the time of service.

Scheduling / Cancelation Policy
Making An Appointment Appointments may be scheduled in-person at our office, or by telephone. If you dial our office and hear our automated machine, please do leave a message. While we may not be available to answer at the time of your call, we will respond to your message as soon as possible. When leaving a message, please leave your name, phone number at which you wish to be contacted, and the time(s) when you will be best available to be reached.
Canceling / Rescheduling We kindly suggest that you contact our office prior to your scheduled time in order to make changes to your appointment. Your reason(s) for changing an appointment are private. You need only to tell us upon calling or visiting our office that you will not be able to attend your appointment as originally planned, and that you would like to reschedule or will contact us when you are again available for a visit.
Some discounts (such as the $5 discount for booking ahead at the time of your previous appointment) may be forfeited for canceling without rescheduling at the time of cancelation. However, there is no extra charge or fee for canceling or rescheduling your appointment prior to your scheduled appointment time.
No-Call / No-Show A No-Call / No-Show appointment is one where the client does not arrive nor contact our office within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment start time.
We completely understand that certain life events occur which may distract you from or simply not allow you to attend your scheduled appointment. A first No-Call/No-Show appointment will be dismissed. Other No-Call/No-Show appointments may incur a charge of 50% of the original appointment cost (and negating any previously-applied discounts). Habitual No-Call/No-Show occurrences will require the client to pre-pay 100% of future scheduled appointments, which will be debited whether or not the client arrives for the appointment.
Late Arrival If you expect to run late the day of your appointment, please give our office a call, and leave a message if no one immediately answers the call, and let us know when you expect to arrive, or if you need to cancel that day's appointment, and if you would like to reschedule. We reserve the right to consider your appointment as No-Call/No-Show if you have not arrived or notified us of your expected late arrival within 10 minutes after the start time of the scheduled appointment. Clients who arrive or call after the 10-minute waiting period will be expected to pay 50% of the original appointment cost, even if another waiting client has been scheduled in your place due to your appointment assuming a No-Call/No-Show status.
If you arrive late (within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled start time) and still wish to continue your appointment, we will be happy to provide you with as much therapeutic care we can realistically provide within the time remaining. If extra open time happens to be available after your scheduled end time, we may be able to offer to give you the full appointment.
Courtesy Reminder Call Life's pace, no matter how organized we may be, can sometimes get the best of our time. Upon client request, we will be delighted to give you a courtesy call the day before or day of your appointment (and leave a message if you prefer) to kindly remind you of your upcoming visit. If you prefer to receive a text or e-mail message reminder, let us know at the time of scheduling which cellular number or address you wish to receive your text or e-mail message, and when would be the best time to send it. **This may be especially helpful if your appointments are scheduled several weeks or months apart, or if you are booked during a time which is irregular to your schedule.**
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY Those which have been purchased from our office with cash, credit/debit card, check, or Chamber Bucks do not expire. While service prices may be subject to change, the dollar amount paid for any certificate does not expire until the full dollar value is redeemed.
Some gift certificates which have been donated / obtained through fundraisers may have a date of expiration. Check your gift certificate for details.
We kindly request that no more than one certificate donated to / acquired through the KMAQ Auction Shows be used per visit.
At this time, we do not accept insurance. However---do request information from your insurance provider about coverage for complementary therapies. Each agency has different policies, such as requiring a detailed receipt of payment, S.O.A.P notes/documentation of each session, documentation of physicians' or other health care providers' referrals if any, or other documentation. Although we do not accept insurance at present, it may be beneficial to you to contact your insurance provider about any possible reimbursement or discounts, etc. that you may receive from submission of specific documentation of the therapy you have received from our office.
CONFIDENTIALITY We do not release any documentation to another party without the client's or client's legal guardian's written permission. Otherwise, copies of requested documentation will be given directly to the client/client's legal guardian. This information is stated on our initial client intake form.
